We hereby apply for membership with the Commercial aviation association of Southern Africa and, where applicable, of its affiliated association, and hereby agree to abide by its memorandum of incorporation and any guidelines made in terms thereof:<\/p>\n

We understand the written notice of registration is required before the end of the Financial year and that otherwise the membership fee for the ensuing year shall be payable.<\/p>\n
